Brief

Leevli is a real estate platform, and this 43-second Meta ad introduces it as “the first nationwide bridge that finally takes you from listings to living.” It sets the brand against platforms that have “helped people find properties with listings” and says each address carries “a layer of insight shaped by the people who live there.”

The ad addresses anyone looking for a place and follows them “from the moment you find your property to the moment you call it home.” It names no price or offer; its task is to make the name and its promise stick, and it ends on “Welcome to Leevli.”

Format and style

A walking presenter piece cut with lifestyle b-roll. She has long wavy brown hair, a navy blazer over a white tee, jeans, white sneakers and a clip-on mic, and she walks toward a handheld camera through a tree-lined plaza, then across a zebra crossing in front of a pale stone building as app cards float beside her: “What residents love,” a US map, and an “Ask a Resident” reply from someone who has lived there 8 years.

Between her scenes the voiceover runs over short clips of neighbors in lobbies, hallways and on rooftops, one clip per phrase, with small white serif captions at the lower middle and an orange house logo in the corner. A manifesto script needs warm pictures to hold it up, and AI real estate video ads in this brand register let the faces of residents do the work that feature lists do elsewhere.

How it was made

I open on her mid-stride on the plaza, talking to camera: “For too long, real estate platforms have helped people find properties with listings.” On “behind each address” I cut to a scrolling wall of listing cards with prices and floor plans, then to people: a woman waving across a lobby, an older couple laughing at an elevator, a woman on a laptop in a café, two neighbors on a roof at sunset. “The conversations,” “the nuances” and “the things no photograph can capture” each get their own clip, down to two neighbors carrying grocery bags along a hallway and a boy riding a bike.

She comes back at the crosswalk for the brand line, then the edit follows a move from start to finish: unpacking boxes, a suitcase on a street with a yellow cab, a man opening the door of unit 107, a dinner table, a dog on a sofa, a picture going up on a wall. “We believe technology shouldn't move us further apart” plays over faces lit by screens in dark rooms, and two neighbors chatting in a doorway answer it with “It should bring us closer.” The closing triad gives each phrase a picture (a listing grid, a man wheeling a suitcase into a building, a woman opening her door to a man in a cap, a palm-lined street of towers, a couple on a sofa with their dog) before a dusk skyline carries “Welcome to Leevli” into a navy logo card.
