Privacy policy
Effective 26 August 2026
This page explains what information this site collects, which services handle it, and how to ask us about it. It's written to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect when you browse
We use two analytics tools to understand how the site is used. Both run in your browser and report to their providers:
- Google Analytics 4: the pages you view, the buttons and links you click (for example, opening the project form or booking a call), your approximate location derived from your IP address, and device details such as browser, screen size and operating system.
- Microsoft Clarity: session recordings of how you move through a page (scrolling, clicks, taps), plus heatmaps aggregated across visitors. Clarity's default masking hides the text you type into form fields.
We use this to see which work people watch, where they stop, and whether the site is doing its job. We don't use it to identify you personally, and we don't combine it with anything else.
What you send us
If you use the project form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, niche and project description. It's delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms and used for one thing: replying to you about your project. If you book a call, Google Calendar handles the booking under Google's own terms.
Each form submission also sends the page you sent it from, the referring site, the page you first landed on and any UTM campaign parameters in the link. The site keeps these in your browser's session storage for this visit only, so we know which page a message came from.
We never sell this information and we don't share it with anyone beyond the services needed to deliver it to us.
Services we use
- Google Analytics: usage analytics
- Microsoft Clarity: session recordings and heatmaps
- Web3Forms: delivers the project form to our inbox
- Vercel: hosts the site and serves the videos
- Google Calendar: call booking
Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy, linked above.
Cookies and storage
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies (such as _ga, _clck and _clsk) to tell returning visits apart. Google keeps analytics data for up to 14 months; Clarity keeps recordings for around 30 days.
The site also stores your light/dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. That's a single preference. It never leaves your device and identifies nothing.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it's used. If you're in the EU, UK or a region with similar rules, these are legal rights; everywhere else we honour them anyway. Email contact@digitalchemy.digital and we'll reply within a few business days.
Changes and contact
If the tools or practices described here change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Questions about any of it: contact@digitalchemy.digital, or WhatsApp +81 80-8080-4642.
