A renter with walls so thin she heard her neighbor propose, fight and break up in one weekend.

Brief
Leevli is a real estate listing and rentals platform, and this is a 16-second Meta ad for it. It runs unbranded, on one renter's story.
The audience is renters, addressed through a young woman on a city sidewalk who answers what she wishes she knew. The ad has to turn a thin-walls complaint into a story a viewer finishes before scrolling on.

Format and style
A two-person street interview on a block of graffiti-covered roll-down shutters, brick walls and fire escapes. The host holds a black mic; the respondent wears an oversized graphic tee and wide jeans, hair up in a bun. White captions build one word at a time near the bottom, the spoken word turning orange.
Sixteen seconds leaves room for one confession and one reaction, and a stranger with a mic stopping a resident on her own street gives both a believable home. The gritty block sets the scene for a story about sound carrying between apartments. I keep this one to a single beat, which suits AI real estate video ads that have to land before the thumb moves.

How it was made
I open cold on the host's question, “What do you wish you knew?” Her answer takes five words, “How thin the walls are,” and his echo, “How thin?”, pulls the story out: “I have heard my neighbor propose, fight and break up all in one weekend.”
I cut in to a tighter frame of her for the story, with the host's hand and mic entering from the left. His follow-up, “Did you root for them?”, earns “I had to. I was practically the third person in the relationship,” and I pull back to the wide two-shot for his closer: “Walls that thin should come with a warning label, honestly.”
